Re-Treat yourself to a weekend focused on the finest things in life - yoga, nature, good food and nothing to “do”.

The Re(Treat): Cornwall

20th - 23rd June 2025

Make a positive move for yourself and join Georgina for a nourishing weekend amidst the breathtaking landscapes of Cornwall. Retreat from the daily grind and choose to reconnect and rebalance yourself within the embrace of one of the UK’s last remaining temperate rainforests.

There are no expectations or goals. Why? Because twice daily asana practise, being in nature, and eating good food with good people is powerful enough and will give you exactly what you need.

This is the ultimate anti-hustle retreat. Here, everything is optional except for your presence.

You can start each day with an extended asana practise followed by a delicious brunch with barista coffee as you take in the views. The afternoons are yours to chill, read, explore the 300 acre site, or perhaps join the group in the woodland sauna before you cool off in the waters of the Bedalder River.

You’ll then have the opportunity for a slow and luxurious yin practise each evening before dinner and after we can sit around the fire celebrating the longest days of the year together.

In the flurry of modern life and city living it’s easy to lose sight of your own needs, running around on full speed, spending all your time doing - it’s time to slow down and return to your natural state of being.

Accommodation

Immerse yourself in a transformative experience where the beauty of the natural world meets thoughtfully designed comfort. Nestled among ancient oak woodlands, temperate rainforests, wildflower meadows, and ancient rivers, this retreat centre provides the perfect backdrop for our weekend of reconnection.

During your stay, you’ll have the choice of single or shared Koyt cabins, harmoniously designed to blend with the landscape. Each cabin offers a cozy retreat, allowing you to drift off to the soothing sounds of nature. With luxurious cotton linens, Bramley toiletries, and hot water bottles, you can fully relax into the wild magic of Bodmin Moor.

Your Sanctuary

By restoring natural processes and giving power back to nature, they ensure the land’s long-term health. In a way, we too will embark on a journey of personal rewilding, just as the ecosystem thrives through its own wisdom - you do too. By joining this retreat, you’re not only investing in yourself but also supporting the rewilding of Cornwall’s ancient landscapes—a truly meaningful escape.

The hill farm hosting us is dedicated to reconnecting people with nature’s healing power while supporting the rewilding of the land.

Throughout the weekend, you'll be nourished by the talented private chef Sophie from Gather. Her approach to cooking goes beyond just creating beautiful meals - it's about bringing people together through the joy of food.

Using seasonal ingredients and plenty of love, Sophie crafts vegetarian and vegan dishes that both nurture and delight, creating the kind of memorable meals that spark conversation and connection around the table.

From energising brunch feasts to cozy evening gatherings, each dish is thoughtfully prepared to support your retreat experience. Whether enjoying the barista-made coffee with your morning snacks or gathering together to wind-down at dinner, you'll taste Sophie's passion for creating food that makes people feel good.

Questions

Frequently Asked

Who can attend?

Anyone is welcome to join, provided they have an open mind, chill vibes, a sense of adventure and a love for nature! Some prior experience with yoga asana is recommended, as our morning practices will be approximately three hours long.

Can I attend alone?

Of course! I’ll be there to welcome you with open arms :)

How many spaces are there?

Only 16 people will be able to attend in the mixture of single king and twin Kyots. Whoever books the first 7 spaces (There are 3 King rooms and 2 twin rooms at this price) will benefit from the “early bird” pricing.

What should I bring?

You’ll receive a recommended packing list but all you really need is you. All yoga equipment is provided along with towels (for showers and going to the sauna) and wonderful Bramley toiletries.

What type of accommodation is provided?

You can choose between single or shared occupancy Koyt cabins, featuring comfortable cotton bed linens, warm Atlantic blankets, and hot water bottles. Each cabin has large triangle windows that invite nature indoors, a bespoke log burner with firewood, kindling, and matches, as well as battery-powered lighting for a cozy atmosphere.

Are meals included?

Absolutely! Your taste buds are in for a treat with our wonderful chef Sophie from Gather. Here's what to expect:
  • Morning: Fresh coffee from our barista station, teas, and light bites to fuel your practice
  • Brunch: A feast of nourishing vegetarian/vegan delights after morning yoga
  • Afternoon: Wholesome snacks to keep you energized
  • Dinner: Beautiful plant-based creations to end your day
Sophie's cooking philosophy centres on creating community through food, using fresh, seasonal ingredients to craft meals that both nourish and delight. All dishes are vegetarian/vegan, and we can accommodate any dietary requirements discussed in advance.

Can I smoke/drink?

Alcohol is permitted but not provided so BYOB that you’d like for dinner and the evenings by the fire! Smoking is allowed on site (as long we keep it clean!) but not in the barn, Kyots or any buildings.

What does a typical day look like?

  • Wake up to peaceful views from your luxurious Kyot and walk over to the barn for hot drinks and light snacks before a 9am - 12.00pm Power yoga practice in our beautiful modern barn.
  • Roll over to the table where our resident chef Sophie has cooked you up a nourishing vegetarian/vegan brunch feast.
  • Spend the afternoon exploring the incredible 300 acres of land and rest in the power of the ancient temperate rainforest. Bring a camera or a book to capture the magic of your surroundings, and spot the lichen on the trees (which only grows in the purest of air!) before an afternoon in the woodland sauna and dipping in the river.
  • Make your way back to base for afternoon snacks, grab a book from the library and rest before winding down with a grounding and soothing 90-minute yin yoga session.
  • It’s then back to the table for a delicious dinner and an evening spent together basking in the rays of the lingering summer solstice sunlight (with a glass of wine, if you wish!)

What if I have health concerns?

Prior to booking we can discuss anything that will allow you to feel more confident and comfortable to come on retreat. It may be that you have to consult a doctor before booking.
